The electrostatic oil mist purifier employs a dual purification mechanism—mechanical filtration and electrostatic purification. The first stage is an ionizer equipped with a high-density filter mesh grille at the front, which effectively traps water mist and oil mist. A strong electric field charges the tiny particles, turning them into charged particles. Once these charged particles reach the second-stage dust collector, they are immediately adsorbed by the collection electrodes. Finally, the clean air passes through the filter mesh grille and is discharged outdoors. In industrial production—particularly in chemical industries—this device plays a crucial role in filtering workshop air, dust, and even harmful molecules, making it an indispensable tool for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

The machine features a simple and practical design, making maintenance and repairs—such as replacing filter materials and cleaning oil stains—convenient and easy.
Most of the filter materials are made from imported components, effectively eliminating harmful gases and odors.
It employs a four-stage filtration system with a recovery rate for water mist, oil mist, and smoke exceeding 99%. The recovered oil mist is returned to the housing unit, where it can be filtered and reused.
